ten years before KFC sold its first chicken dinner

, the first McDonald,s  restaurant opened in California . Dick and Maurice McDonald sold burgers for 15 cents and milk shakes for 20 cents. people didn't have much time for lunch so they won,t to wait long for their meal.At  the first McDonald,s customers could get thir food in 15 seconds this was the beginning of  cheap fast food .

in 1955 a man called  RAY KROC become an agent for McDonald,s and stated opening restaurants in other states. the McDonald,s brothers were not very ambitious and so RAY KROC bought the company for $ 2.7 million in 1961 in the sixties he opened over 1000 new restaurants and now there are more than 25000 McDonald,s in over 120 countries.
